Agent Skills

---

name: overall-planning

English: Overall planning. When several goals, metrics, or stakeholders constrain each other and optimizing one harms another, map every dialectical pair, check for one-sidedness, set the current emphasis and floor for each pair, assess system-wide effects, and define imbalance alarms. Triggers include trade-offs, goal conflicts, speed vs quality, short vs long term; skip for single-goal work, decisions the user already made, or hard either/or constraints.

---

name: practice-cognition

English: Practice-cognition loop. Test a hypothesis or plan in practice, learn from the result, and iterate in a rising spiral with an explicit stop condition. Trigger when a plan needs validation, an attempt failed and must be retried, or you notice thinking without doing (or doing without thinking); skip for one-shot outputs, lookup questions, or before any hypothesis exists.

---

name: protracted-strategy

English: Protracted strategy. For long-horizon work that cannot be won quickly, assess the situation objectively, divide the effort into defense / stalemate / counter-offensive stages, name the current stage and its exit condition, and always identify a local offensive even while accumulating. Trigger when work spans many sessions or iterations, resources are temporarily short, or you notice either defeatism or a rush to finish; skip when the task fits in the current session.

---

name: spark-prairie-fire

English: Spark a prairie fire. When starting from almost nothing, assess the conditions, choose one base area (a minimal foothold that can hold, be reused, and expand), dig in, then grow step by step instead of scattering effort. Trigger for new projects, MVPs, pilots, daunting goals with no obvious first step, or busy work that accumulates nothing; skip when a solid base already exists or the task modifies an existing system.

---

name: workflows

English: Workflow patterns. When a task clearly needs several skills in sequence, pick one of four standard patterns (project kickoff, hard-problem assault, iterative improvement, stage retrospective) that fix the order, the handoff artifact between steps, and the stop condition. Skip when a single skill suffices.

---

name: conductor-implement

description: Executes the tasks defined in the specified track's plan. Use this to start or continue working on a feature, bug fix, or chore.

---

name: conductor-new-track

description: Plans a new track (feature or bug fix), generates spec/plan documents, and updates the registry.

---

name: conductor-revert

description: Reverts previous work (tracks, phases, or tasks) by identifying associated commits and performing Git reverts.

---

name: conductor-review

description: Reviews the completed track work against guidelines and the plan. Acts as a Principal Software Engineer to ensure quality and compliance.

---

name: conductor-setup

description: Scaffolds the project and sets up the Conductor environment. Use this whenever a project needs to be initialized or if the Conductor configuration is missing.

---

name: conductor-status

description: Displays the current progress of the project by parsing the Tracks Registry and individual track plans.

---

name: pinme

description: Use this skill when the user mentions "pinme", or needs to upload files, store to IPFS, create/publish/deploy websites or full-stack services (including frontend pages, backend APIs, database storage, email sending, etc.), or any feature requiring backend database/server support.

---

name: pinme-auth

description: Use when a PinMe project (Worker TypeScript) needs to integrate user authentication — creating email/password users, verifying id_tokens, querying user info, or listing users via Identity Platform auth proxy APIs.

---

name: pinme-email

description: Use this skill when a PinMe project (Worker TypeScript) needs to integrate email sending (send_email). Guides AI to generate correct Worker TS code.

---

name: pinme-llm

description: Use this skill when a PinMe project (Worker TypeScript) needs to call OpenRouter-backed LLM APIs, including models, chat/completions, streaming, or OpenRouter web search. Guides AI to generate correct Worker TS code.

---

name: pinme-r2

description: Use when a PinMe Cloudflare Worker needs R2 object storage, including secure file or image upload, streaming download, metadata lookup, deletion, listing, Range requests, or R2+D1 coordination. Guides AI to use PinMe's automatically injected env.R2 binding without R2 credentials or manual Wrangler configuration.

---

name: pinme-share

description: Use this skill when the user wants to share, publish, or upload a static result through PinMe, especially by generating a static HTML share page for a PinMe project link, deployed full-stack app, Codex conversation summary, report, file, demo, or any 分享/发布/上传分享页 request that should end with `pinme upload`.

---

name: pinme-uniwebpay

description: Use when generating, modifying, or reviewing PinMe Worker (Cloudflare Worker TypeScript) code that accepts payments through UniwebPay — payment links, products/prices, checkout sessions, payment status reads, refunds, subscriptions, or handling UniwebPay webhooks with @uniwebpay/sdk in a PinMe project.

---

name: add-webmcp

description: Analyze an existing web application, identify safe user-visible capabilities across routes, forms, server actions, handlers, and schemas, then implement first-party WebMCP tools and validate discovery and invocation with Stagehand. Use when the user asks to make a codebase agent-ready, expose website features as WebMCP tools, or add WebMCP directly to an app rather than generating a standalone injection script from a URL.

---

name: agent-experience

description: Audit the developer experience of a product, SDK, docs site, or SKILL.md by dropping multiple Claude subagents at it with only a tiny task prompt and real tools (WebFetch, Bash, Write). Agents must discover the docs themselves, install deps, ask for credentials if needed, and attempt real execution. The skill captures each agent's trace — tool calls, retries, wall time, errors — and scores on Setup Friction, Speed, Efficiency, Error Recovery, and Doc Quality, then emits an HTML report with an A–F grade and concrete fixes. Use when the user asks to audit agent experience, test a skill, audit docs for agents, check if a SDK is agent-friendly, validate a SKILL.md, measure agent DX, or benchmark how painful onboarding is for an AI agent. Triggers: 'audit agent experience', 'test this skill', 'audit docs for agents', 'is my SDK agent-friendly', 'run a DX audit', 'agent experience test', 'test my docs', 'how do agents do with my product'.

---

name: autobrowse

description: Self-improving browser automation via the auto-research loop. Iteratively runs a browsing task, reads the trace, and improves the navigation skill (strategy.md) until it reliably passes. Supports parallel runs across multiple tasks using sub-agents. Use when you want to build or improve browser automation skills for specific website tasks.

---

name: browser

description: Automate web browser interactions using natural language via CLI commands. Use when the user asks to browse websites, navigate web pages, extract data from websites, take screenshots, fill forms, click buttons, or interact with web applications. Supports remote Browserbase sessions with Browserbase Identity, Verified browsers, automatic CAPTCHA solving, and residential proxies — ideal for protected websites and JavaScript-heavy pages.

---

name: browser-to-api

description: Turn a website's observable HTTP traffic into a best-effort OpenAPI 3.1 spec by analyzing a `browser-trace` capture. Use when the user wants to discover/extract API endpoints from a browser session, build an OpenAPI doc from network traffic, or document a third-party site's XHR/fetch surface for client integration.

---

name: browser-trace

description: Capture a full DevTools-protocol trace of any browser automation — CDP firehose, screenshots, and DOM dumps — then bisect the stream into per-page searchable buckets. Use when the user wants to debug a failed run, audit network/console/DOM activity, attach a trace to an in-progress session, or feed structured per-page summaries back into an agent loop so its next iteration learns from the last one.
