- What is FunCoding?
- FunCoding (funcoding.ai) is a Chinese-language hub for coding with AI. It collects docs for coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, two auto-updated directories of Agent Skills and MCP servers, and daily AI news.
- Where do the agent docs come from?
- They follow the structure of each agent’s official docs, written in Chinese. Every page lists the official sources and the date it was checked. Facts like commands, settings and prices are only included when they can be verified in the official docs; for fast-moving details, the official docs win.
- Which Agent Skills are in the directory?
- Repositories under the GitHub topics claude-skills, agent-skills and claude-code-skills with at least 500 stars. Every SKILL.md in them is included, and each detail page shows the full SKILL.md with install options.
- Where does the MCP directory come from?
- Two sources: the official MCP Registry (servers with a GitHub repository and at least 10 stars) and GitHub projects under topics like mcp-server with at least 300 stars. When both list a server, the Registry entry wins. Detail pages include claude mcp add commands.
- What is funcoding-cli?
- funcoding-cli is this site’s command-line tool, built mainly for agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. It finds and installs Skills, configures MCP servers, syncs your favorites from the site, and reads AI news and docs. After npx funcoding-cli init, you can run funcoding (or fun for short) in your terminal, and your agent can call it whenever it needs to.
- How often is the data updated?
- The Skill and MCP directories add new repositories daily, and the stars, SKILL.md and README of listed entries are refreshed about once a day. News is updated every 30 minutes.
